Mega Lotto Jackpot Winner – A solo bettor bagged the ₱116 million jackpot prize of Mega Lotto 6/45 draw on Friday, October 16, 2026.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the bettor guessed the winning combination of 08-22-19-10-35-27. The total jackpot prize was ₱115,989,634.14.
The ticket was bought from a lotto outlet in Camarines Sur.
Meanwhile, 65 players won ₱18,461.53 each for guessing five of the six winning numbers, 3,068 winners will receive ₱358.53 each for four correct digits, and 42,611 bettors will get ₱30 each for three correct digits.
To claim his/her check, the bettor must go to the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City. Then, present the winning ticket and two ID cards.
As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.
Unclaimed prizes within a year shall be forfeited.

The Mega Lotto 6/45 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The previous Mega Lotto jackpot was won on August 3, 2026 by a bettor who purchased his/her winning ticket from lotto outlet in Negros Occidental.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products. This is to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
